Concession Worker Corn Palace

SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for overseeing all duties in the concession stands which includes making popcorn balls preparing of foods keeping foods at correct temperatures keeping a clean kitchen according to the codes of the State Health Inspector.

This position requires an outgoing person who will deal with tourists and patrons alike.Customer Serviceis very important.

OPERATIONS

Maintain good working relations with employees of the Corn Palace. Monitor the Corn Palace Concessions merchandise trends and the operational staff.

SCHEDULING

Available to work during Corn Palace events.

Hours available are part time only ranging from 5hrs 19hrs per week; flexible scheduling.

SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret document such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
