1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications:The candidate must have a minimum of:
a. Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.
b. Three (3) years of customer service experience
2. Job Description and Required Services:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries
Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions
Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries
Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
Work in a high-volume fast-paced environment
Have a keen attention to detail
Notes:
*This position is 100% on-site. Telecommuting is not permitted.
*The Department does not provide parking but the office is accessible by mass transit.
