Position Summary:
The Compliance Specialists responsibility is to review and validate that medical professionals in the pre-hire stage have current credentials and licenses to work in their field or specialty. Compliance Specialists work independently manage their workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
Location: Omaha NE 68164 (or Louisville KY 40299)
Job Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Validate credentialing documents and licenses prior to the start of employment.
• Oversee employee files to verify completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting institutions.
• Communicate clearly and timely with Recruiters Recruitment Managers and other internal customers to update them on credentialing challenges and concerns in the pre-employment process.
• Communicate clearly and timely with candidates regulatory institutions and other external customers to fulfill requirements prior to the start date.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience performing similar duties within a medical organization.
• Customer service experience required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple desks throughout the day.
• Willingness to learn with an open mind.
• Track record of career success and/or longevity in other roles.
• Positive persistent attitude.
• Staffing industry experience and knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to gather and analyze data make improvement adjustments and prepare reports.
• Ability to use independent judgment in decision making.
• Ability to manage and impart confidential information appropriately.
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
• Background check eligibility
