Position Summary:
The Compliance Specialists responsibility is to review and validate that medical professionals in the pre-hire stage have current credentials and licenses to work in their field or specialty. Compliance Specialists work independently manage their workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
Location: Omaha NE 68164 (or Louisville KY 40299)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Validate credentialing documents and licenses prior to the start of employment.
- Oversee employee files to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting institutions.
- Communicate clearly and timely with Recruiters Recruitment Managers and other internal customers to update them on credentialing challenges and concerns in the pre-employment process.
- Communicate clearly and timely with candidates regulatory institutions and other external customers to fulfill requirements prior to the start date.
Qualifications:
- Experience performing similar duties within a medical organization.
- Customer service experience required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple desks throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn with an open mind.
- Track record of career success and/or longevity in other roles.
- Positive persistent attitude.
- Staffing industry experience and knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to gather and analyze data make improvement adjustments and prepare reports.
- Ability to use independent judgment in decision making.
- Ability to manage and impart confidential information appropriately.
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
