About the Role:
The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney role is ideal for a mid-level attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in business litigation corporate disputes and securities matters. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts with early responsibility in drafting motions managing cases and participating in courtroom proceedings. Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts including case strategy and execution
• Draft and argue motions pleadings briefs and legal memoranda related to business disputes
• Manage cases involving contract disputes business torts and corporate and shareholder conflicts
• Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial corporate and securities law issues
• Participate in discovery processes including depositions document review and interrogatories
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy trial preparation and client advisement
• Represent clients in hearings mediations arbitrations and court proceedings
• Maintain strong client communication and provide updates on case developments and legal risks

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in good standing
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation or business litigation at a reputable law firm
• Experience with corporate commercial or securities-related legal matters
• Strong legal writing drafting and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
• Experience practicing in state and federal courts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
