Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Complex Litigation Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Dallas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate interested in sophisticated complex commercial disputes business litigation and high-stakes civil litigation for major companies and other sophisticated clients across a variety of industries.

26 years of complex commercial litigation or business litigation experience

Experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes contract claims business torts corporate disputes and other complex civil matters

Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts

Strong experience drafting pleadings dispositive motions briefs discovery requests and responses and other litigation documents

Experience taking and defending depositions and working with fact and expert witnesses

Experience managing complex discovery document production and case strategy

Experience with hearings mediations arbitrations and trial preparation

Experience independently managing significant portions of complex matters while collaborating with partners and clients

Strong legal research writing analytical and oral advocacy skills

Excellent client service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment

Strong academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated complex commercial and business litigation

Exposure to high-stakes disputes involving major companies and sophisticated clients

Meaningful responsibility throughout the litigation lifecycle

Opportunities for depositions hearings mediation arbitration and trial experience

Direct client interaction and involvement in case strategy
