Complex Liability Consultant

Join the industrys leading long tail claim consulting unit. You will drive financial recoveries on behalf of corporate clients facing high-value complex liability challenges within our specialized Complex Liability Practice.

Core Responsibilities

• Negotiation: Secure insurance recoveries and loss allocations directly from carriers and adjusters.

• Policy Mapping: Review legacy insurance policy documents to build coverage charts and track payments.

• Insurance Archaeology: Research and reconstruct historic multi-year corporate insurance programs.

• Claim Management: Own the end-to-end insurer communication workflow including notice tender and cost-share agreements.

REQUIRES:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years evaluating coverage on multi-year claims at an insurer law firm or insurance archaeology firm.

• Core Skills: Long tail claim Complex Liability Practice Risk Management Solutions.

• Domain Expertise: Direct history with mass tort and long-tail claims (Asbestos Toxic Tort Environmental/Pollution).

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
