A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing sophisticated clients in high-stakes commercial disputes and complex litigation matters.

4 years of commercial litigation complex business litigation or judicial clerkship experience gained at a sophisticated law firm or court

Experience handling a broad range of complex commercial disputes business tort claims and other high-stakes litigation matters

Experience managing all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions motion practice hearings mediations and trial preparation

Strong legal research writing analytical and oral advocacy skills

Experience drafting substantive motions briefs discovery requests and responses and other litigation-related filings

Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts is preferred

Judicial clerkship experience is highly valued

Law review experience and outstanding academic credentials are preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Washington bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Nationally recognized complex commercial litigation platform

Exposure to sophisticated high-stakes business disputes
