Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Complex Commercial & Energy Litigation Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Dallas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level to senior litigation associate with a strong commercial litigation background to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling complex business and energy-related disputes.

47 years of commercial litigation experience

Strong experience handling complex commercial and business disputes

Experience with energy-related litigation is highly desirable

Experience litigating sophisticated matters in state and federal courts

Strong experience drafting pleadings motions briefs discovery and other litigation documents

Experience taking and defending depositions

Experience managing significant portions of complex litigation matters

Strong legal research writing analytical and oral advocacy skills

Ability to work effectively on sophisticated high-stakes disputes

Excellent client service and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated complex commercial and energy litigation
