Complaints and Claims Coordinator

We are a growing repossession and logistics company looking for a Complaints and Claims Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of vehicle damage complaints from start to finish. This position plays a key role in how we manage risk protect assets and strengthen relationships with our clients and vendors.

The right candidate will bring prior experience in automotive or insurance claims and will be able to handle investigations documentation and communication with professionalism and accuracy. Youll be the connection point between customers clients our field and lot staff and repair vendors to ensure every complaint is resolved fairly and efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Intake research and document vehicle complaints through internal systems.
• Review photos reports and other documentation to determine liability and next steps.
• Communicate with customers clients and vendors by phone and email throughout the process.
• Coordinate repair approvals and timelines with vendors and field managers.
• Negotiate resolutions and maintain audit-ready documentation for each case.
• Track claim progress follow up on open items and ensure timely completion.
• Recommend process improvements and assist with safety and claim-prevention efforts as needed
