Job Summary
Location: Perryville MO - Perry County Primary work location may be at any of our other Missouri offices: Fredericktown Perryville or Ste. Genevieve. This is a floater Caseworker position requiring regular travel and the flexibility to provide coverage at any of the five locations based on staffing and program needs.
Full Time: Non-Exempt
Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Some evenings may be required as necessary dependent upon agency and client need.
Pay Range: $20.00 - 22.40/hour - dependent upon prior experience
- Bachelors Degree or;
- Any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience or;
- Four years of qualifying experience.
- Must hold or obtain by start date MO Class E Drivers License (Class D for IL Residents) and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must meet CCCs Motor Vehicle Record standards and have reliable transportation.
- Travel in own vehicle is required.
- Provide community support services to children and adults enrolled in the CPRC program.
- Maintain a caseload including community and hospital settings.
- Provide training/education to clients in daily living skills.
- Monitor treatment plan goals and maintain contact with the treatment team.
- Refer clients to appropriate community resources to improve functionality and develop a support system.
- Document client interactions per agency guidelines completing all documentation by deadlines according to clinical policies DMH CARF and federal/state program standards.
