As a Community Sales Manager (CSM) at Schell Brothers youll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They arent just buying a home its about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your homes possibilities being a CSM is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a CSM you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business generating traffic creating customer experience along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.
CSMs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of residential production home sales experience
- Able to lift 25 lbs

- Positive outgoing and professional demeanor
- Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
- Reliable ethical and detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and clean record
- Legal U.S. work authorization
