Position Specific Description

• Position is based in Broward County Florida with primary responsibility for supporting Broward Collier and Lee Counties while also contributing to statewide programs and initiatives.
• Must possess a strong understanding of the Broward County community including key stakeholders nonprofit organizations civic leaders business organizations and community influencers.
• Must be available to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays as business and community needs require.
• Must be able to lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more and assist with event setup and breakdown activities.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during events community engagements volunteer activities and sponsorship activations.
• Required to travel frequently throughout the assigned service territory and other FPL regions as well as to the corporate office as needed.
• Must participate in emergency operations and storm restoration activities including working extended and non-traditional hours when required.
• Position will report out of the Plantation Office.
• This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
• Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
