Position Description Values The Community ProgramsLeader is a hands-on people-focused role dedicated to building a safe and supportive environment for residents of all ages. As a key member of theConway Community Center Team you will deliver engaging programming provide quality youth care and serve as a welcoming face of the department at the Conway Community Center. This posting is designed to establish a pool of youth workers who can lead enrichment and sport-based youth development programs throughout the program year at the Conway Community Center.
