ð WHAT YOULL DO

ð Build Powerful Community Partnerships

Youll be a connectorbringing the right people organizations and resources to the table.

You will:

• Develop implement and lead the Community Partnership Schools programs and support services.

• Build strong relationships with school administrators community agencies and service providers.

• Identify community partners that can provide health services extended learning opportunities family engagement programs and other needed resources.

• Negotiate collaborative service agreements and contracts alongside school leadership.

• Participate in strategic planning with school and community partners.

• Represent CHS and the Community Partnership School at meetings events and community functions.

ð Create Opportunities for Students & Families

Youll help turn community needs into programs that make a difference.

You will:

• Identify develop and implement programming aligned with the Community Partnership School vision.

• Create and promote programs that expand educational opportunities and social connections for students.

• Strengthen parent and caregiver involvement through family activities events and community resources.

• Help connect families with services and resources when needs arise.

• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of services and work with partners to resolve challenges.

ð Turn Strategy Into Results

Great programs need strong operations behind them.

You will:

• Ensure programs meet CHS licensing contractual quality and outcome requirements.

• Monitor program data statistics and outcomes across service areas.

• Develop and oversee budgets for funding sources and services.

• Partner with CHS Finance on budgeting and billing.

• Lead contract management activities and help develop strategies for long-term program sustainability.

• Participate in fundraising and grant-writing activities.

• Use information and results to strengthen programs and community impact.

• Recruit supervise coach and develop team members.

• Create an engaging supportive and accountable team environment.

• Establish annual goals and track progress toward results.

• Provide ongoing feedback coaching and performance support.

• Hold regular team and management meetings to keep communication strong.

• Support professional development and knowledge sharing.

• Help build the next generation of CHS leaders through succession planning.

ð WHAT YOULL BRING

• Masters degree in Human Services Education or a related field from an accredited university or the ability to obtain the degree within two years of hire

• 5 years of experience in childrens services education or community health

• Florida Drivers License within 30 days of hire

• Daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines

• Strong leadership interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and community partnerships

• Proficiency with general office productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Teams

Preferred

• 2 years of program development and administration experience

• Established local connections with the School Board and/or school administration

• Community engagement experience

• Knowledge of community resources and networks

• Familiarity with Community Schools Model principles practices and performance standards
