Community Manager

Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and resident experience within our manufactured home community. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the property remains a safe welcoming and well-maintained environment for all residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management with specific expertise in the nuances of trailer parks and mobile home communities. This position is essential for maintaining high occupancy rates fostering a positive community atmosphere and upholding the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of community operations including rent collection lease administration and enforcement of community rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and address any safety or aesthetic concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents handling inquiries resolving conflicts and coordinating maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate repairs or improvements to common areas and individual units as needed.
  • Implement strategies to maintain high resident satisfaction and minimize turnover within the community.
  • Prepare and manage the community budget tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Organize and facilitate community events and activities to build a sense of belonging among residents.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar property management role specifically within the manufactured housing or trailer park sector.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles including lease enforcement tenant relations and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents staff and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to emergencies with professionalism and decisiveness.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean safe and inviting living environment.
  • Competitive salary of $22 per hour.
