Community Manager [Contract]

What will you work on

You will act as the real-time managing editor and public voice for our U.S. marketing initiatives applying deep knowledge of platform algorithms and culture to independently execute creative strategy public engagement and trend response. This role is responsible for post-launch creative strategy and community management maximizing distribution and relevance for our brands without routine managerial sign-off.

How will you create impact

• Mine prioritize and translate platform audience and cultural (PAC) signals to determine brand action on emerging trends and subcultures.
• Own and execute real-time response strategy independently determining if when and how the brand engages with breaking news and cultural moments.
• Monitor and analyze consumer conversations to identify patterns and inform creative optimization.
• Use research and data tools to synthesize consumer insights and translate them into actionable creative direction.
• Analyze in-market creative performance and recommend real-time optimizations to internal and external partners.
• Maintain platform hygiene and brand reputation through tactical sentiment monitoring content moderation and issue escalation.

What are your skills and experience

• An undergraduate degree in Marketing Communications Advertising Digital Media or a related field.
• Professional experience in social media strategy creative strategy or digital marketing within a fast-paced agency or brand environment.
• Expertise in social platform algorithms trend identification and social-first creative development (TikTok Instagram YouTube).
• Proven ability to partner with video editors and creators to quickly refine social content based on real-time performance data.
• Demonstrated experience making autonomous high-stakes editorial judgments on brand voice and public-facing communications.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $38.50 to $48.00 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job years of experience within the required industry education etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
