This is a direct care opportunity tosupport clients in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employmentin their communities. Services include engagement assessment job search job development treatment team collaboration and long-term job support.

This position has a flat pay rate of $21.37/hr.
What we need from you.
- A high school diploma/GED and two years of experience in the human services field. A bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
- Skills and knowledge in performing supported employment activities including identifying and negotiating potential jobs getting clients integrated into jobs providing job coaching assistance and client advocacy with employers and clients.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
