Community Education Youth Aide

Qualifications/Experience:
Knowledge of the subject taught ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior ability to deliver articulate presentations ability to work independently and with a team ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff students and parents.
If over 18 years of age a successful background check is required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Perform intermediate skilled work teaching youth learners for the youth programs. Work is performed along side Community Education Instructors under the limited supervision of the Community Education Coordinator. This position is for offeringsworking within the fields of enrichment/recreation and aquatics.

Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion respect responsibility self discipline and honesty.

Specific Tasks:
Followlesson plans and instructional materials. Help assist instructor with students in relevant subject matter areas. Represent Community Education and Cambridge-Isanti Schools in a positive way.
