Community Education Instructor- Non-Certified

Qualifications/Experience:
Knowledge of the subject taught ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior ability to deliver articulate presentations ability to work independently and with a team ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff students and parents.
If over 18 years of age a successful background check is required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Perform intermediate skilled work teaching youth learners for the youth programs. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Community Education Coordinator.

Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion respect responsibility self discipline and honesty.

Specific Tasks:
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials. Adapt teaching materials and methods to be relevant to the youth learners. Instruct students in relevant subject matter areas. Represent Community Education and Cambridge-Isanti Schools in a positive way.
