Working as a member of the Youth ACT multidisciplinary team youll deliver services in homes schools and community settings using trauma-informed family-driven and youth-guided approaches that promote recovery resilience and long-term position is ideal for licensed mental health professionals who enjoy working independently while collaborating closely with a dedicated clinical team to improve outcomes for youth and Youll DoConduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment evidence-based individual family and group therapy in home school and community crisis intervention risk assessments and safety planning to support youth and families during behavioral health care with psychiatrists nurses schools primary care providers child-serving agencies and other community youth build emotional regulation coping communication and independent living family engagement and strengthen support systems that encourage long-term in multidisciplinary team meetings treatment planning and shared caseload accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with OMH Medicaid HIPAA and agency in required trainings supervision quality improvement initiatives and rotating after-hours on-call Liberty Resources mission of providing high-quality culturally responsive trauma-informed behavioral health Were Looking ForRequired QualificationsMasters degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy Psychology or another behavioral health New York State license as one of the following:LCSWLMSWLMHCLMFTLicensed PsychologistExperience providing behavioral health services to children adolescents and clinical assessment treatment planning crisis intervention and care coordination communication organizational and documentation New York State Drivers License and reliable QualificationsExperience working in Youth ACT ACT Home-Based Therapy Community Mental Health Mobile Crisis or intensive community-based behavioral health supporting youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) trauma co-occurring disorders and complex behavioral health of OMH regulations Medicaid documentation electronic health records and evidence-based behavioral health CANS-NY Certification or willingness to obtain with Microsoft Office 365 telehealth platforms and electronic health record Ideal CandidateYoull thrive in this role if you:Enjoy building strong relationships with children adolescents and passionate about improving behavioral health teamwork while working independently in community in trauma-informed culturally responsive family-centered solving complex clinical challenges and making a measurable difference in peoples committed to providing compassionate high-quality mental health Liberty ResourcesLiberty Resources Integrated Health Care is committed to creating healthier communities through exceptional behavioral health services.
