What isF.A.D.E.


F.A.D.E.orFacilitating Alternative Day EnvironmentsandC.I.T.P.orCommunity Integration Training Programis our community based day services where we assist adults with developmental disabilities to participate in the community and increase their accessibility to the workforce. This could include volunteering at facilities like animal shelters soup kitchens or going out for a scenic walk or going out to the silver screen and so much more!



Employment Information
  • Locations: Simi Valley and surrounding areas

  • Part-Time: $20.60 / hour

  • $500 sign on bonus

  • Mileage reimbursement

  • $10/month cell phone stipend

  • Flexible shifts 15-35 hours per week (part-time)

  • Week Days: Monday- Fridays Mornings and Afternoons

Your Responsibilities
  • Support participants in volunteering & attending events and exploring their community

    • This includes assisting participants with transportation including their mobility aids such as wheel chairs (lifting to transfer participants will may be required)

  • Encourage and model independent living skills

  • Assist participants meet their goal through person-centered planning

  • Encourage participants to be physically active and engage in meaningful fun activities

  • Be a dependable positive impact in their day-to-day life

Who Were Looking For
  • Someone who is compassionate with a people-oriented mindset

  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)

  • Responsible and can assist in goal progress tracking

  • CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if youre not certified or need to be recertified)
