Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district serving approximately 30000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County with over 3200 employees. It is divided into three divisions: Business Services Educational Services and Human Resources. An Associate Superintendent oversees each division and a variety of programs such as Early Childhood Education Child Welfare & Attendance Special Education Nutrition Services and City Schools also offers an Induction Program with a state approved curriculum by which new teachers attain their Professional Clear Credential. Requirements / Qualifications

Previous work with the general public and community service agencies; Experience working with school age children; High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate; Valid California Drivers License; Access to an automobile and proof of insurance.
