Communications Intern Summer 2027

JOB DESCRIPTION AND/OR DUTIES1. Provide support to internal stakeholders in alignment with select campaigns. 2. Assist with planning and executing in-person and hybrid events to include drafting invitations tracking RSVP lists and drafting read-ahead materials etc. 4. Assist with pulling together marketing materials and slide decks for meetings with external stakeholders and cross-company business development opportunities. 5. Provide logistical support as needed (notetaking managing a tracker of activities communicating with internal stakeholders). 6. Write articles for the CNA internal newsletter.7. Collaborate with researchers and other staff to keep the website up to date. 8. Help organize communications content.9. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS1. Education: Must be in junior or final year of bachelors degree or recently graduated from with bachelors degree.2. Experience: Experience with event planning and execution communications or journalism and business development is preferred but not required. 3. Skills: Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); strong oral and written communication skills critical thinking and organizational skills and a high degree of professionalism are required. 4. Remote/Hybrid Work Eligibility: The intern will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week with additional days in the office as needed to support in-person events.
