Communications Associate

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Associate to join our team in New York.

In this role you will support internal and external communication initiatives help coordinate projects and campaigns prepare written materials and work closely with different teams to ensure messaging remains clear consistent and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating internal and external communications.
• Prepare review and organize written communication materials.
• Support communication campaigns presentations meetings and company initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in messaging tone and brand standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and support ongoing projects.
• Help prepare reports presentations correspondence and other communication materials.
• Respond professionally to communication requests and inquiries.
