Communications Assistant – Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and personable Communications Assistant to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people communicating ideas and working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

The Communications Assistant will support our clients through in-person outreach fundraising events promotional campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Paid training is provided making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop professional communication and marketing skills.

• Represent nonprofit and charitable clients at events and community outreach campaigns.
• Communicate campaign messages and organizational missions clearly and professionally.
• Engage directly with community members customers and potential donors.
• Assist with event preparation execution and follow-up.

• Work closely with team members to meet campaign and event objectives.
