An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Reports to: Concessions Supervisor

Primary Purpose:

• Responsible for receiving storage distribution and inventory of goods supplies and equipment
• Cleans and maintains food service area

Responsibilities:

• Deliver stored goods supplies and equipment to all food service areas.
• Unload goods supplies and equipment from vendor delivery trucks and warehouse in appropriate storage areas.
• Clean and maintain food service areas as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain delivery and inventory records
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification: Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. TABC certified

Work Experience: 1-year prior experience in food handling position but not required.
Ability to do basic arithmetic relative to inventory value calculations.
