Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts with a focus on contracts and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines account management excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. • Salary Range:
  • 2 years of experience: $60000 - $75000
  • 5 years of experience: $75000 - $100000

• Manage and service a book of business primarily focused on contracts and construction accounts.
• Handle renewals and new business processes including quoting and policy management.
• Collaborate with the COO and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize EZLynx software for account management and documentation.
• Support the agencys growth by maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines account management; 5 years preferred for senior-level consideration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management software.
• Soft Skills:
