Commercial Tenant Improvement Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial TI Superintendent / Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily construction site activities and subcontractors.
• Coordinate schedules vendors materials and site logistics.
• Ensure work meets plans specifications quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues.
• Coordinate with PMs architects engineers and clients.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.

Requirements:

• 10 years of construction supervision experience.
• Commercial TI/interior build-out experience.
• Strong knowledge of framing drywall ceilings MEP and finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Procore and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.
