Commercial Roofing Metal Foreman

Were currently seeking an experienced Metal Roofing Foreman to lead field crews on large-scale commercial and industrial jobs.

• Supervise and lead a crew of metal roofing installers on commercial job sites.

• Oversee installation of standing seam R-panel and custom sheet metal roofing systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints construction drawings and shop details.

• Coordinate daily work plans with project managers and ensure timely project completion.

• Conduct safety meetings and ensure job site compliance with OSHA standards.

• Manage materials tools and equipment on site to ensure proper use and minimal waste.

• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.

• 5 years of commercial metal roofing experience with 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proficient in standing seam exposed fastener and custom sheet metal systems.

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and roofing best practices.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in fast-paced environments.

• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
