• Develop accurate competitive estimates while identifying opportunities to win work
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients general contractors and vendors
• Attend job walks and engage directly with customers to understand project needs
• Analyze blueprints specifications and project documentation to prepare detailed proposals
• Collaborate with Project Managers Purchasing and leadership to finalize bids
• Present proposals answer client questions and help position the company to secure projects
• Track market trends and pricing to stay competitive and drive revenue growth
• Support change orders and ongoing client communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Sales-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Confidence interacting with clients vendors and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
• Willingness to travel and engage with a diverse customer base
• Coachable team-oriented and motivated to grow

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
• Experience with estimating construction or commercial roofing (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Experience preparing proposals bids or client-facing documents is a plus
