Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

• Support and help manage complex real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Represent developers owners and sponsors in acquisitions dispositions joint ventures financing and development matters
• Draft review and negotiate transactional documents
• Coordinate with clients lenders consultants and internal deal teams
• Assist in supervising transaction workflow and junior team members as needed

• Minimum 3 years of transactional commercial real estate experience
• Background working on multifamily housing and development-related transactions
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions financing and joint venture matters
• Affordable housing or LIHTC experience is a plus
• Strong drafting negotiation organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
