• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial water fire mold and restoration projects
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate scope of damage and project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers crews and clients to ensure estimate accuracy and alignment
• Utilize Xactimate or similar estimating software to develop professional itemized project bids
• Communicate with insurance adjusters property managers and commercial clients throughout the estimating process
• Track and follow up on submitted estimates to support business development and sales conversion
• Maintain organized documentation of all estimates revisions and project correspondence

• Prior experience in restoration construction or commercial project estimating required
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial construction remediation or mitigation scopes of work
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and insurance professionals
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
• Self-motivated deadline-driven and able to work independently in the field and office
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
