Commercial Litigation (New) Mid-Level to Senior Associate (Not posted)
We are seeking a 4 to 6 th (could extend to 7 th ) year commercial litigation associate with substantive hands-on litigation experience. This role is best suited for an attorney who can take ownership of matters and independently drive litigation forward with limited supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience with depositions substantive motion practice discovery hearings client communications and case strategy. Experience with non-compete matters is particularly desirable.
