• Proactively generate new commercial business through outreach networking and relationship building
• Engage prospects and existing clients listen to their needs and confidently present tailored coverage options
• Deliver engaging solution-oriented sales conversations

• Assist with servicing accounts including policy changes renewals and claims support

• Commercial Lines insurance experience required
• Proven sales experience with a passion for winning and exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer thoughtful effective solutions
• Positive attitude resilience and motivation to grow in a rewarding career
• Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (company-supported)
