Commercial Producer / Junior Commercial Producer

Seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producers and Junior Commercial Producers to join a growing insurance agency. This opportunity offers a collaborative and supportive environment with the resources carrier relationships and operational support needed to help producers build and grow a successful commercial book of business.

• Prospect for and develop new commercial insurance business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted insurance advisor.

• Develop and grow a profitable book of commercial business.

• Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience.

• Stay current on industry trends market conditions and carrier offerings.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales and product knowledge.

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably within the insurance industry.

• Experience with Applied EPIC is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong business development skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Adaptable coachable and committed to continuous professional growth.

• Some travel may be required based on business needs.

• Base Salary: $60000 - $150000 depending on experience.

• Commission Structure: 40/30 split with the opportunity to transition to a reduced base salary and increased production-based earnings.
