• Develop and close new Commercial Lines business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners executives centers of influence and referral partners.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Identify opportunities for risk management claims consulting and other value-added services.
• Work closely with Employee Benefits Wealth Management and other practice groups to generate cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships and oversee marketing strategies for client accounts.
• Develop niche expertise within targeted industries or verticals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer.
• Proven track record of generating $100000 in annual new business revenue.
• Existing commercial book of business is preferred.
• Experience working with middle-market and/or large commercial accounts.
• Strong sales networking and relationship-building skills.
• Active Property & Casualty License.
