Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Support - Responding to client inquiries processing policy changes (endorsements cancellations) and issuing certificates of insurance binders and auto ID cards.
- Account Management - Assisting with renewals gathering underwriting information and preparing necessary documentation.
- Communication - Interacting with insurance carriers to follow up on outstanding issues and ensuring timely communication with clients.
- Documentation - Maintaining accurate records in the agency management system processing audits and handling loss-run documentation.
- Collaboration - Working with Account Managers Producers and other team members to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task organize and prioritize work
- High school diploma required
- Possess a supportive and responsive manner with internal and external customers
- Possess above average computer skills existing proficiency is strongly preferred in various needed programs such as AMS360 ImageRight Excel and Word
- Ability to set up and conduct meetings in a virtual environment such as Teams and Zoom including the ability to share screens and make presentations (ex. PowerPoint Proposals etc.)
