Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing independent insurance agency. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial account servicing client relationship management and marketing. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts collaborate with producers and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers a collaborative work environment with remote work opportunities.

• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts.

• Handle day-to-day account servicing including policy reviews renewals endorsements and new business quoting.

• Collaborate with producers to develop and implement effective client strategies.

• Delegate administrative and servicing tasks to Assistant Account Managers (AAMs) as needed.

• Market accounts to insurance carriers and negotiate competitive coverage terms and pricing.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

• Conduct account reviews to identify coverage gaps address client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Utilize Applied EPIC or similar agency management software to maintain accurate account records and documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy changes renewals and other service requests.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

• Proficiency in Applied EPIC or similar agency management software.

• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options across various industries.

• Experience with account marketing renewals and client relationship management.

• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts effectively.

• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

• Salary Range: $55000 $75000 annually commensurate with experience.
