Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team at a office. This role involves managing a $350k revenue book of business primarily consisting of small and middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance with at least 10 years of commercial lines experience. • Salary: $87000 - $90000 (depending on experience)

• Manage a $350k revenue book of business focusing on small and middle-market accounts
• Handle A-Z account management responsibilities including quoting new and renewal business
• Collaborate with a team of three other account managers and one assistant
• Utilize software tools such as AMS360 ImageRight and Excel to manage accounts effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with onboarding and training as needed

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of commercial lines experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 ImageRight and Excel
• Education: Relevant certifications or training in insurance account management preferred
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
