Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a large well-established brokerage firm that values professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance a proactive approach to client servicing and the ability to manage accounts from start to finish.

• Salary Range: $50000 - $70000 (depending on experience)

• Provide full-service account management for small to mid-market commercial lines accounts excluding transportation.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing including quoting new and renewal business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of policies endorsements and renewals.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best solutions for clients.

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in commercial insurance with a focus on small to mid-market accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services.
• Skills: Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of managing accounts from A-Z independently.
