Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in account management particularly in commercial lines who can quickly take ownership of a book of business after a comprehensive training period. We are looking to fill two positions: one focused on mid-to-large commercial accounts and another on small commercial accounts. • Salary Range: $60000 - $80000 commensurate with experience.

• Manage a tailored book of business including generalist accounts and carriers such as Builders Mutual Cincinnati Auto-Owners and Selective.
• Handle accounts across various industries including construction contractors and retail businesses.
• Provide end-to-end service including renewals quoting marketing and policy management.
• Quote and market new and renewal business ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet departmental goals.

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience managing accounts with premiums of $100000 or more.
• Software Proficiency: Applied EPIC experience is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  • Well-spoken articulate and polished.
  • Confident and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
