Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while delivering exceptional service to a clients. • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide expert advice on commercial lines products including General Liability Commercial Property BOP Workers Compensation and Commercial Auto.
• Collaborate with producers and support staff to quote new and renewal business.
• Utilize agency management systems (e.g. Applied Epic AMS360 HawkSoft) to maintain accurate client records and streamline workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date guidance.
• Handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Proficiency with agency management systems such as Applied Epic AMS360 or HawkSoft is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products including General Liability Commercial Property BOP Workers Compensation and Commercial Auto.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
