• $70000$75000 base salary commission (40/30 split on business brought in 57% on producers book of business under your coaching).

• Act as a player-coach developing and mentoring producers to grow their books of business.
• Implement and refine systems to enhance sales processes and team performance.
• Utilize agency management softwareto support sales and logistics.

• Licenses/Designations: Active 2-20 license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role; candidates with a process-oriented mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency managementsoftware.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
