• Build and maintain a book of business with a target of bringing over at least $250000 in revenue.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow the existing portfolio.
• Focus on mid-market accounts with an emphasis on real estate while remaining open to other industries.
• Collaborate with a skilled service staff to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

• Proven experience in commercial lines sales with a demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate sector and the ability to write across various industries.

• Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule with in-office presence required on Mondays and Wednesdays.
