Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in outside sales and a hunter mentality. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of markets and specialty agencies leveraging your expertise to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Base Salary: $80000 - $120000 (Year 1) with a step-down structure in subsequent years.
• Commission Split: 40/30.

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in the small to middle market space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and specialty agencies.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams including CSRs to ensure seamless policy changes renewals and remarketing efforts.
• Stay actively involved in client renewals and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Leverage access to a wide range of carriers including AO Travelers Liberty Utica Nationwide Acuity and others to meet client needs.

• Proven experience in outside sales with a strong hunter mentality.
• Familiarity with small to middle market commercial insurance with a preference for candidates already operating in this space.
• Ability to generate $150000 - $300000 in revenue in the first year with a goal of $1MM in revenue for top performers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
