Commercial and Personal Lines Producer

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial and Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving new business. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of carriers and leverage existing referral networks to grow your book of business.

• Base Salary: $36000 - $38000 annually

• Develop and maintain a book of business in both commercial and personal lines insurance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking referrals and other lead-generation strategies
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients
• Provide feedback on lead generation strategies and explore new avenues for business development
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to clients
• Utilize software tools such as Epic InsureMind and EZ Lynx to manage accounts and streamline processes

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in insurance sales with some commercial lines experience preferred

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Epic InsureMind EZ Lynx and Microsoft Office Suite
