Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on Agri-business to join a growing team. • Salary Range: $60000 - $65000 (depending on experience)

• Provide exceptional service and support to clients in the Agri-business sector
• Collaborate with account executives to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle service work including policy changes endorsements and client inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of commercial insurance coverage and industry best practices
• Utilize AMS360 and Agency Zoom software to manage client accounts and documentation
• Contribute to the positive culture and team environment through active participation in company activities

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial CSR role (flexible for the right candidate)
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage particularly in Agri-business
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Agency Zoom software preferred
• Work Environment: Fully in-office role in Frederick MD (hybrid option may be considered in the future)
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
