Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This position has opened due to departmental restructuring and offers an exciting opportunity to work with contractors and small to middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will support Account Managers by handling service-related tasks assisting with renewals and learning to market simple accounts. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the commercial lines department.

• Salary Range: $50000 - $68000 annually based on experience.

• Process certificates endorsements and policy changes.
• Assist with renewals and obtain quotes for clients.
• Provide basic service-related support to clients.
• Support 3-4 Account Managers on the owners book of business which includes accounts ranging from $5000 to $500000.
• Learn and assist in marketing simple accounts.
• Utilize AMS360 software for daily tasks and account management.

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is a must.
