Commercial Insurance Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Analyst for a remote contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Cleveland OH. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour W2

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for complex analysis and risk assessment pertaining to insurance and real estate to protect investor interests. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and the ability to self-manage a wide variety of tasks related to monitoring insurance compliance for commercial properties held as collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act in a timely and efficient manner to protect the interests of investors for whom mortgages are serviced
• Monitor insurance compliance for commercial properties held as collateral for various lenders and investors
• Perform insurance analysis premium disbursements from escrow risk assessment and appraisal reviews
• Work within the parameters of investor guides Pooling and Servicing Agreements applicable law and mortgage documents
• Correspond with various servicers investors borrowers insurance agents and internal departments

Primary Requirements:

• Industry experience in Loan Servicing Commercial Insurance or Real Estate
• Capable of complex analysis and assessment of situations as they pertain to insurance and/or real estate
• Analytical mind with the ability to assess and articulate complex risks
• Ability to self-manage a wide variety and range of tasks
• Excellent character humility positive attitude and ability to receive constructive feedback
