Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a $10M book of business primarily focusing on construction and restaurant accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. While candidates located in the San Francisco area are preferred open to remote arrangements for the right individual.

• Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 annually

• Manage and service a $10M book of business with accounts averaging $20000-$30000 in premium.
• Handle renewals endorsements and general account management tasks.
• Process certificates of insurance and other documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role with a focus on commercial lines.
  • Experience managing accounts in industries such as construction restaurants retail tech cannabis or agriculture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
